After nearly 7 years of being exclusively occupied with contract restorations we finally have some of our own work to offer for sale. In early 2017 we decided to slow our contract work and shift gears.
We are now wrapping up our 40th Adirondack guide-boat restoration, a Frederick Rice. Following a decade and a half of restoring guide-boats from 14 different makers, a lot has been learned. During the course of these projects plenty of photos have been taken and many measurements made so as to build a small but useful database of dimensions, original materials and construction techniques. We still have some white cedar on hand and can make it available for sale.
